its just too infuriating to get aoe stunned by some support or jungler and not be able to smite. its a little more exciting to have smite wars and see who secures it in a 50/50. its fucking annoying to get stunned and the enemy just goes in to steal it with their smite its just absurd.
Sightless665 votesStuns do not stop you from using smite. Stuns only prevent the use of mobility summoner spells. All other summoner spells can be used regardless of cc status.
The only exception to this is suppressions. Suppressions prevent all summoner spell usage.

stunning the jungler is pretty much the only way of being able to control the Smite Duel. if they would take that away Baron/Drake fights would be even more shitty than before.
