I think the new yorick feels great, but the minions need some work.

I really think that the new yorick gameplay feels very smooth with the animations and what not, but i feel like the minions are just too inconsistent in terms of how much control you have over them. I wish that yorick was given a bit more control of what the minions are doing instead of the minions just brainlessly running down a lane when you dont want them to. Especially when his Maiden's sustain is kind of underwhelming. Like, i wouldn't complain about much if i actually felt like my minions and I were a team working together and they're my "protectors" kind of thing but its just...i don't know how to explain it. Just give us more control of what they're doing? Like how old yorick could move them around with by holding down alt or something? Has anyone felt this way or is it just me

He doesn't even need manual control like that, just have him mark whatever target he hits with his Q and boom problem solved with the mistwalkers. Currently if he misses E he is probably boned.

I think i should've said that i like to play him in the jungle but the minions just run to the lanes lol. But maybe youre right. i havent had much trouble landing my E though. I think it reminds me of just a slightly tinier version of a sion Q

For one, they shouldn't die so quickly and easily. Just one Graga's barrel can instantly kill all 4 of them with no problem.

If you are jungling with Yorick his mistwalkers should only go down a lane if you engage minions or are engaged by them in a lane. I took some time to learn how to utilize their AI to get a full set right after pushing a lane with a set so I can run to another lane with them following me. A bit of focus from them would help a lot in most matchups and give him some variety in his attack patterns.
