No Skill Filter for Blind

I thought it would be cool to not filter skill level when it comes to find players for a blind match. This would mean that challenger level players could get in games with bronze players, but only in blind.

There is a specific reason why I want this. It's because I've felt that playing against a much better player has always helped me improve quicker. For example; games like For Honor, I when trying to learn how to play doing 1v1s I would always try to get people to stay that were straight up better me so I could fight them over and over to see where my mistakes are happening. I found this lead to me learning a lot quicker and becoming better and better much faster.

I feel like it would help the community get better by being in games against really good players that really know the game and by losing to them so they can more easily see their mistakes. I want to go against really good players, get my ass kicked, and learn from it. You develop bad habits when playing in low elo, because you can get away with a lot more due to that you are playing against players who are still learning the game. The longer you are in that elo the more ingrained those habits become and they harder they are to break.

I feel like this would help everyone improve faster, and for League to have a much more diverse player ranking; instead of having the majority of the player base in silver/gold.
