Kayn's E Needs to be Reassessed

I just played a game as jungle against Kayn top. With Ghostblade and upgraded boots, every time I went to gank him he just walked outside the map pretty much all the way back to his tower. It wouldn't be so bad if he had a use for it in a fight, like LB's or Zeds W. So you could get him to waste it and then go in.. but it doesn't have any use like that. Also made it worse due to the fact that he took the Shadow form, which gives him 70% increased movement speed while using his E.

He was pretty much ungankable.

Throughout the entire match the hardest part about dealing with him wasn't his damage, even though he did the most damage on his team, it was always how he could easily run away. It feels like Talon's E on steroids. It needs to be looked at, feels too strong.
