Having URF be all random has been pretty boring. Out of the two choices, 10 ban and all random, why would you think all random is better? Due to it being all random, there is a high chance I'll never get to play champions I want to play... It ruins a huge part of URF, which is playing the champions you enjoy playing but with crazy amounts of CDR.

Let us ban the super op champs, and let us play the champs we want... but I guess I'll have to wait another 6 months to a year until the next URF to see if you do... Disappointing

I don't get it Riot is against people using the same champs over and over again They could prevent it with a ban system, along with perma-banning a few select champs from the pool, like they did on the first year of URF Instead, they give us random champs, which means that only the luckier team will have fun, wasn't URF all about having a blast? Now you have to play 20 minutes of Rammus against a long-range spamming champ

And then they rework Ryze again

It's honestly just a game of RNG and luck for which team gets the op champs and no bans to prevent it.

10 bans isn't even enough to make normal urf viable

URF pretty much sucks not because all random but because of the stupid damage boost. It makes no sense. URF is supposed to be all about spamming abilities but you can't have a proper teamfight because everyone dies in one or 2 abilities. Even with all the cancer that was year 1 urf. At least you could survive a split second before going to fountain.
