Unpopular Opinion: I honestly feel like Ghost was nerfed because it was threatening Flash.

I really don't understand what Riot's fixation with Flash is. Ghost was in a great spot and because of it was seeing play that was close to the level of Flash. Not viable on everyone but a good select few could make some great plays with it, same with flash. If Riot is so hell bent on flash being the dominant Summoner spell whey not just perma assign it to a key and give it to everyone each game, maybe then other summoner spells will start to see the light of day again.
