nobody ever talks about how bards entire kit is easier to use than nami's q

i main nami and also play the bard

bard is so simple you just shrine stun magical journey and force zhonya people who try to kill your team also single people out

namis q you have to be able to calculate the trajectory of someone 5 seconds in the future factoring in cast time movement speed and the quantum elements and pray they dont see the telegraphed thing below the minion wave

unless its leona then you just wait for her to engage and you bubble her ass gg ez

Bard is easy to play.

But not easy to play effectively

Or you use your aa E to slow them and theb use q...

But yep nami needs some love, from one of the best supports to someone you rarely see after one patch...

If you find the enemy is especially good at dodging your (Q) Aqua Prisons, use your (E) Tidecaller's Blessing to slow them down for an easier target, wait for them to stop to attack a target such as CS'ing or jumping on an ally (especially for melee), and also follow up your (R) Tidal Wave with Q while they are knocked up and can't dodge it.

yea she does need some love but honestly some supports are so similar that comparing them to the new ones will just make you believe some need buffs example: braum~made to be a tank that protects your adc and then you have tham who can just make an adc untargetable, even if they can't attack back while being defended its more useful in more scenarios it's like living in a medium house and visiting your rich cousin's mansion, you start to think of stuff that you dont have

i think she's very balanced atm

she's got all a support needs

utility poke engage escapes and reasonable mana costs

her utility isnt that good, neither is her poke, and her hard cc is difficult to use, but she also has a not very good heal.

but she has it ALL

shes jack of all trades, master of none, yet better than master of one

Her utility is not that good....

Really?

Isn't she all utility?

She is, yes, but it's such a varied utility that none of it is particularly a strong point, save for her Tidal Wave. Her heal/poke is fairly weak and costly, her buff is probably the strongest utility she has as it is possibly the most unique thing about her kit, and then her Bubble has to be landed with a sniper's accuracy, and it's more useful if you can guess and counter an engage than it will ever be as a useful peel. She truly is a mixed bag when it comes to her utility, and at the cost of the potency of it, she is a bit more versatile than other supports like Soraka and Lulu.
