Buff Ahri Q dmg and completely take away the movespeed (bare with me here)

I remember back in s3 Riot made a change to make it so she was rewarded for landing her skill shots and that they wanted them to be a higher risk higher reward.

This is what was intended to differentiate the good ahri's from the meh.

Well now you put a movespeed on her Q to make it super easy to lane.

From my understanding this is the exact opposite of how ahri should be played.

She is a skillshot nuke champ that has a flashy ult.

I think it is in her best interest (to make her a high risk high reward champion again) and increase damage moderately and completely take away the movespeed buff
