on a serious note: i am excited for Morde, as my old main, while I am curious about Skarner and what they are about to use since his last update. And also how much they will touch Garen.
Last time they talked about reworks they talked in terms of 3 months, but that may change a lot.

Latest Garen' s change was 5.7 with a change on Ult cooldown. Besides that, in 4.18 he got a bug fix, in 4.17 a rescaling on passive, in 4.12 a QoL, in 4.5 global armor change, in 3.15 a bugfix and 3.12 his VU. Decrit1 votesIs also the core fundamention of his anti-noobness so he can fail and still stay in lane. Guess they will concentrate more in the defence boost and add something to the spin to win?
Matezoide2 votesI am guessing they will, at least, remove the speed loss when Garen is spinning through minions. Feels pretty awkward atm. E and Ult are too iconic, so they are bound to be pretty safe.
If they were to completely change a skill, it would probably be his W. His silence might be in danger too.
Dont really care that much for his level 1-10 passive, i just hope they leave the buffed 11-18 alone, i friggin love watching my health go from 20 to 100% in a few seconds.

A Miss Fortune1 votesAfter playing her in Ranked, Normals, and ARAM, I don't feel like it was a nerf. All it did was buff her early game and mid game a bit with a very tiny late game nerf. Grevious Wounds was cool, and it was really interesting to use though I agree with Riot removing it. I believe they said they want to remove it so they can nerf people like Vladimir. Because if Grevious Wounds was ever popular, Vladimir would be so useless.

MF, even as an 'early game carry' could 1v1 most non-hypercarry ADCs (
) with it late game because it made their LS (
) near-useless.
Now it just feels like the game ends for MF's team after 30 mins.
A Miss Fortune1 votesEh, MF isn't that good late game but her ultimate has like 1,000 base damage at max rank and her W passive can easily give her an extra 130 damage on her auto attacks and I believe at that point is where she does her most mixed amount of damage, so she's really annoying to itemize against.
But yeah, I totally understand what you mean. I definitely think that her late game is worse, but her early/mid game are better. She is designed to be an early/mid game ADC though.

Poppy was announced a while ago, so i did not repeat that.

A Miss Fortune1 votesPersonally I think Garen is really annoying in general. You can be blind and still end up winning lane due to his passive, his broken silence, and It's not the easiest to gank him since he's stupidly tanky and the movement speed buff he gets is really annoying.
I'm not saying Garen is overpowered at all, but from my personal experience he needs a rework. You either play a champion that can all-in Garen with CC and gap closers/pulls (like Darius or Nautilus), or you just don't do anything to him and the lane is just both of you AFK farming. I suck at top lane and It's my least favorite role, but that's what I've seen so far.

Laraso1 votesWelp, goodbye, my master of metal. You've served me well, I loved maining you, but it looks like it's your turn on the chopping block. I can't even begin to imagine what kind of entirely, completely, totally different champion you end up being after Riot is through with you.
The funny thing is that Fiora, one of the nicer looking champs, is receiving a visual + gameplay update - but according to this you're only getting just a gameplay update despite being considered hideous by the majority of the player base. Isn't that just absolutely hilarious? I guess Riot doesn't have even one single ounce of love for you after all. Probably the only things they'll bother to keep is your name and your pizza feet.
May you rest in peace alongside your children of the grave.
(Yes, I'm extremely pessimistic and depressed about this, because it means my favorite champion is getting deleted)

to be honest, isn' t that all she needs is a passive reowrk? that looks pretty much doable
