Her kit will never be balanced. It is a poorly designed kit which will only ever be useless or overpowered. We knew it since the kit was released. She will remain a top pick/ban until riot nerfs her numbers and then she will need to be shelved until a rework because this current kit will never be healthy.

I agree with the turret part, she should be targetable by the turrets. In rest, I think the untargetable inside shroud is fine, just run don't fight inside

The real problem is the fact that it, not only doesn't cost Energy, but actually restores it.

Except, in order to kill you she'd have to attack you. If she attacks you, she's no longer in shroud. If she's no longer in shroud, turret targets her. And if this isn't about her killing you...what's even the point of complaining?
