Morgana's q on-hit particle is way to hard to see now. I thought abilities were supposed to be top tier 'clarity', but the visual is barely there. Since it's such a big impact ability, I think it needs to be more noticeable.

Not sure which one, but I played against someone using a red skin for her last night and the Q looked like a fuzzy red cloud. Fuzzy red clouds on green terrain: terrible for colorblind users.
