Escaping Low Elos & Elohell

Does Elohell exist? No. It's just a losing streak. It's actually a matter of can you exploit the opportunities given to you and execute them efficiently. I've demoted myself to Bronze V, managing to easily climb out in a day. I'm still on a hot streak I believe.

The key things about escaping Bronze and Silver is being able to exploit players - not really champions. You'll notice that people just keep missing farm, CS, and pathing through the jungle properly. They also don't know how to control lanes well or have a champion's mechanics perfected. They may also be sticking to a certain build pattern.

I always adapt to different play-styles and usually found out that I don't need to really do much to win a game. For example, I am what you call a "Trashuo". I'm mechanically horrendous at Yasuo, but somehow I can win games with him simply to my game knowledge. I know champions and their abilities. Their cooldowns, what counters Yasuo, what masteries I should take and what summoner spells are preferrable. If I see a jungler that's aggressive or has CC, I take the Undying mastery for more sustain in lane and exhaust for outplays.

I also make sure my wave is at least pullable.

Players also forgot minion damage does exist and it's typically one of the main reasons I can outplay people. They disregard it. As I just maneuver around minions, and they get stuck trying to get through them(if they don't have Phantom Dancer), it's free damage. And I always pop my potions to keep my health bar full. You never know when you'll need those.

Here are some tips for each role:

Jungle: • Focus on farming and getting that level 6 burst of damage. Don't try to help losing lanes. If there are 3 champs there, and they're taking tower - don't risk defending it unless they're all exceptionally low or you're exceptionally fed or you're just a godly-skilled player. • Path correctly. Red Buff > Wolves/Krugs > Blue > Gromp > Krugs/Raifs(If you can) > Back > Rinse > Repeat (Don't forget scuttle crabs!)

The reason why you go Krugs/Raifs last is to open the opportunity of a possible gank mid or botlane. Then after the gank, you can take an elemental dragon/drake. People love to push waves in and you should abuse that.

• Don't be greedy with jungle invasions. Typically, people don't do these because they're risky and dumb. You're giving away free opportunities to opponents typically and wasting time for other lanes. You'll have to recall, missing CS and increasing travel time.

• If a laner is begging for a gank because they're losing, make sure you know if you can get that lane back. Its the laners' duties, not yours. Let them cry because they're getting exploited out on their mistakes. You also want to give vision to a losing lane though as junglers would be camping them. So try to ward the jungle and get vision.

• Counter-jungle opportunities are times when a jungler is ganking and your laner wins the trade/escapes. If you want to hold lane and lane tax, go ahead but don't push in the wave all the way unless the enemy laner is gone. You can push it and let it reset. This helps even out the field so your laner can decide to push or not and isn't prone to another gank.

• If you push a laner out of lane, attack that tower. Don't run around for kills.

• Take drakes and neutral objectives as early as possible. 5-7 is really the point you want to say, "Team - we're taking the [OBJECTIVE HERE]". Rift Herald or a Drake is really good. All drakes have their benefits. Taking them can change the game. Trust me, cloud drakes definitely saved me as a low mobility champion player.

• If you can solo an objective while your team is pushing, do so. If your team doesn't need you, you should take another neutral objective and buff your team. Let's say you solo Elder or Baron. That's great. This not only disables the enemy team from going to the objective but it also disables them targeting it or you. Your team also takes some nice towers, inhibs, or nexus turrets on the way and can you help you finish it off when backing.

• If you're behind, farm. Just farm.

• Don't roam looking for ganks. Take some farm along the way or help push lanes. Maybe dive a tower with your laner and flash out.

• Make risky/big plays when you have summoner spells on. Pro players do it - so should you. Make plays when you have them.

ADCs:

• Understand your enemy ADCs strength and weakpoints. Do you outscale them mid to lategame? Can you poke them better? Who is a better support-ADC combo?

• Position yourselves - ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE PLAYING VAYNE, THEN YOUR POSITIONING BETTER BE SPOT-ON. Vayne literally is an ADC who requires you to know how to position yourself not only in lane, but in battle. Yeah a Yi can one-shot you but Doublelift can kite and outplay a fed Yi - so can you. I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH. THIS IS 90% OF THE REASON PEOPLE LOSE BOT-LANE. POSITIONING FOR GANKS, PLAYS, AND EVERYTHING!

• Don't be afraid to deviate from a normal build. Keep core items but if you need some tankiness or a GA, don't be afraid to get it just to survive the game.

• Know about autoattack resets. This is mechanically based. You must learn it yourself.

• Be flexible with runes, masteries, and champions. Usually I go Twitch or Vayne ADC. If I see a Vayne ADC or Caitlyn, I know I can easily destroy them with Teemo, Ezreal or Twitch. If I see she has a Zyra support, Lee Sin jungle, Hecarim jungle, or the annoying early-game Lux support, I go Twitch or Ezreal because I can poke better and escape much more. If I'm facing a Draven, I'd go Caitlyn since I have more range or Jhin.

• Practice ADC mechanics. <--------- It's a game-changer. Trust me.

Support: • It's really about map awareness like a jungler and knowing when/how to make plays. Leona, Thresh, and Blitzcrank are great playmakers. You should also know you can roam to other lanes too to support. It really makes a difference and don't leave a lane just because your ADC has an off-meta champ. (Cough, Ziggs ADC is quite the surprised and hot thing now).

• Get vision across the map with pink wards etc.

Mid/Top: • Just control waves, capitalize on player mistakes, help ward the sidelane bushes. Don't engage if you're behind, just farm. Help other lanes if you can if your wave is pushed in and everything can be A-OK when you get back. Understand what your opponent can/cannot do and what they want. E.G. LeBlancs hate skilled Yasuo's because they just dash away from her stun. Same with Kled.

And these are really just pure basic rules. I thought elohell truly existed from everyone's statements. I demote myself and find climbing way easier than originally stated.

OH AND ON MORE THING-

DON'T BE TOXIC. UPGRADE YOUR TEAM'S MORALE. SUPPORTS, THAT'S YOUR DUTY TOO!
