I remember having one who wouldn't group because they needed farm.

IDK who she counters lol.
She's fun once you get your Essence Reaver + PD, and her late is insane if you can stay alive (AoE crits! Better than Jinx's!)

Really?
She has terrible dps (no attack speed enhancer) till lvl 6, and that attack speed enhancer goes up by ult rank. Then her AoE crits are amazing in teamfights. She goes oom very easily in lane.
My last experience was around September in S6, soo... :P

youre banning one right click bot for the enemy to just pick another.
the only exception are rare cases, when theyre as ridiculously broken as vayne or twitch due to some gimmick and are able to assassinate even their counters.
people are banning miss fortune and corki less than urgot, even though both of them are far from weak.
its not that sivirs ban rate is unusually low for adc, its that urgots ban rate is unusually high due to troll bans.
ban rates in general are not reflective of champion power anyways.
