Yeah it's stupid. They buff champs who are already A or S tiers...
Like Caitlyn needed a buff ? I'm main Caitlyn but wasn't asking for a buff, she is a great champ but she don't need any buffs. Riot is completely losing their minds.
Buff the D tiers champs and nerf the S tiers one, should be easy to understand...
It's a pretty minor buff.
Brought to you buy the same people who were gonna buff Riven and shove Riven down toplane's throat again. I think its time the MR shred on her charm gets removed so she doesnt insta-delete people from stealth when ahead. Gives people a way to fight back on it.

I feel like the Eve buff is being complained about on a matter of principle and not because people actually saw what the buff does, because all it does is improve her execute, which was lacking, and on Eve if ult doesn't kill you're screwed.
