No. He flat out choose Leona to pull because she was the easiest to land, he made no effort to ever grab anyone else, and he wasn't even close to pulling anyone else to try saying it was an "accident"

and the best part is you have no proof becuase riot wont put in a replay function which would force thousands of players like that blitz to stop playing like absolute morons becuase it could be proven easily that he waited and picked then.

they fucked up i caught them and they refuse to own up.. nothing good can ever be said about this kind of company that actively allows bad behavior a result of focusing only on one aspect.

this game is full of people like that and if you say even one word you risk a ban the game itself is very good the pos company managing it however is a huge problem

seriously though if they wanted to fix the lag and what not they would have done so. nearly a year since the ddos and its still ass for sever stability and then theres lyte teams.....

probably the only ones who did good where the balance team you cant hardly solo carry less your stupidly fed which means they made a team game a team game

it will be like 3 month for them to simply tell me why i did not get the said email. that is negligence and incompetency. -_- the few log they gave in a past ticket was a game i completely lost it and i was a solo with a premade in a normal... these chat rules from lyte there not aimed at stop abuse if they where hed be going after a very different kind of player who are purposely with clear intent playing to lose.

Uh, doesn't matter if you believe it or not, players have gone from having constant ping spikes to none at all, My average ping was 120 and now its 95-100

End of the year they want the new servers moved to central US, whether you believe it means nothing when they have been giving results everyone has witnessed.

Seriously though, you need to do damage. I know tanks are scary and kiting is hard and positioning correctly is completely out of the question but... item 3031 item 3046 item 3035 item 3072 item 3006 and then item 3139 item 3102 item 3143 or item 3026 is basically the how you build an ADC if you want them to be relavent at 30+ minutes. Maybe swap out BT for Bork if the situation calls for it. There really aren't that many decisions you have to make in an ADC build path.

ADC don't really have much leeway to go in terms of itemisation though, except in their defenses ( item 3140 for WW, item 3102 for combo reliant assassins, and the all-purpose item 3026 ). Perhaps in some uncommon cases of 5k+ hp tanks some may favour a item 3153 over item 3072 but the rest usually stays unchanged. item 3142 , item 3071 , item 3078 , item 3025 are typically preference picks, where one of the two item 3057 products are a core on any of the ADC that use them anyways.

Actually, math tells us that BotRK is higher DPS than Bloodthirster. 8% of current HP beats the 55 bonus AD when a target has >687 HP. If a target has >1375 HP, BotRK will average more DPS than Bloodthirster due to the AS bonus. Even when you account for Crit multipliers, the target doesn't even need 3000 HP for BotRK to come out ahead again.

So, then, the choice between BotRK and Bloodthirster is not one of low vs. high HP enemies, but offensive vs. defensive Lifesteal items.

BotRK is much more directly offensive; between Bloodthirster's shield and doubled-up Lifesteal, it's better for an ADC's defense. It also works a little better on champs with more AD ratios.

Well well, waddya know? I'll have to revise MY builds now, I always expected BT to do more damage from the AD being able to crit. But that being said, still doesn't make ADC builds much more diverse. As mentioned, the only thing that changes is the lifesteal item, defense item and certain preference items. The cookiecutter build stays viable in pretty much every game.

I don't think it's the adc's build path fking your climb over, more than anything.

Build paths are in generally straight forward unless you're in a bad spot, anyway.

I can count five games where the adc was the reason we lost. Because they wont listen to me and build armor pen. Cause damages. Build paths are NOT straightforward after your first two items.

If they needed armor pen, chances are they needed Ruined King over Blood Thirster. I rarely build Last Whisper over some regen item after my second crit item. If you're in a neutral/good spot, your build path is gonna be straight forward from IE -> second crit & boots -> regen -> whisper -> most likely defense. When there's someone getting fed off in the distance or you're noticing something wrong in team fights yourself...that's when you change your build path.

IE Boots Second crit item (PD/shiv) Last whisper Situational defense Situational item

50% crit and last whisper are your first three major items in all circumstances unless youre lucian or graves.

50% crit and life steal are your first three items, Imo. You won't be able to last too well without life steal, and it's better for deleting the squishies.

I assume we're both just throwing in lvl 2 boots wherever we can between IE and second crit...

Pretty much, yeah. You want last whisper just before your enemies get enough gold to start building armor.

It's not an adc's job to delete the squishies. Most of the squishies are trying to get to you so they can burst YOU down, because they have better burst than you do. Except the support (if it's not a tank support, which a lot of times it is) and sometimes the opposing adc, depending on matchup.

It IS an adc's job to finish off the enemy tanks that are still standing when all your own side's burst champions are on cooldown. And that's what you need Last Whisper for.

Adcs and Apcs are the squishies, last I checked. It IS your job to remove them if you can reasonably reach them, and life steal is better for that than armor pen.

There's a reason why there's a set build its for you to do maximum damage if you go willy nilly with your build you're no longer effective for team fights yes TEAM fights the team needs you to do your damage if you don't they tend to die and be pissed regardless of whether you live the team needs the damage hence why you don't see yi rengar yas or riven in the adc role it's the only role that does not change in any meta or any game it's the most needed role on a team and if you can't play with a team you should find a single player game where you can do whatever you want no repercussions or screwing other people over but what do I know I don't even play ranked and all I'm saying is adc build path rarely changes adc is meant to melt tanks and take towers in seconds if you can't kill a tank no one on your team will be able 9 times outta ten
