The Nexus to fight back!

I think the current structures in league of legends follow very old concept and need rework to make the game more interesting

Why follow the original dota concept? I think it be cool if the Nexus would feel like an epic boss not just some mindless structure that stands there and all it does regenerates health. You would need your entire team to be able to destroy it. Maybe give it some abilities to support this idea similar to Baron Nashor and make it tougher to take down. Smite and Dawngate implemented this idea and it felt great, unique and different than other mobas. It felt like something worth taking down

Ever heard of Dawngate? It's closed now but their nexus was actually true boss fight. Go check it out on YouTube.

That sounds pretty cool. Maybe it'd lengthen the games in a healthy way being games last no more then 20 minutes. Max maybe 30.

why do you think games would last less since the nexus could be tougher?

Sounds pretty cool for a new game mode, maybe where all the structures come to life.

Not sure about plain vanilla rift matches though, sounds like a way to artificially lengthen the game by making the final push be a pain in the ass, if it takes to much to take the damn thing down the game can be stalled for a long time by continues team fighting that keep causing deaths, making teams unable to take on the nexus.
