sooo i've watched boards for quite a while now, and i remember it wasn't long ago i saw a few posts on the front board that said something to do with "i wish we didn't have to play adc's in bot" etc.

oh look.... now you don't have to...

"why are people playing non adc champs now? this is stupid! what happened?"

i'm starting to realize that people on boards, which is a very small community since most people on league dont care for boards, will never be happy no matter what changes riot makes.

You assume that all of the people coming to the boards to post are regulars. The regulars are more neutral. What ebbs and flows are the players who become unhappy about the state of the game and come here complaining about it.

Your mistake is assuming the the people complaining about non-ADCs in bot lane are the same people who complained about having to play ADCs in bot. They're not the same people.

If you read these boards you will always think the game is in a shit state, that it's dying, that fortnite is better, etc

In reality, you boot up league, play a game, and it plays as good as it always has.

I always say this: you can enjoy this game way more if you don't listen to the angry (and clueless) people in the forums

i totally agree. everyone says it's different people on here but i keep seeing the same names. the majority of league players don't use boards and haven't even heard of them and don't care to use them. i understand why lol.

Funny, I have seen lots of people saying they like the adc changes, and there is a lot of positive responses to the ARAM changes. There are some whining about ADCs and Warmogs mixed in, but you gotta read more to get the full picture.

Im fine with the adc changes... cept they missed a spot: on hit adcs. But more importantly I dislike the baron and tower changes. oh and the who 2 shot/true dmg meta. its like: imma build armor and mr that... doesn't do anything... yay. HP/ some combo of both? meh... unless you have some flat mitigation like garen or tons of hp/regen like cho or mundo forget tanking lol.

Before you guys respond to Colton please take a moment to look over how he interacts with the boards and you may find a unfortunate trend that discourages you from treating him and his posts seriously.

It might not be worth your effort to engage with this poster is what im saying and you really should look at the consistency in their interactions to determine that. click on the link or their name, look at their posts. its the same shit every time. If you agree with me, Honestly can I get some more help in providing this warning to other players? Folks keep acting in good faith like he is very serious in his posts or just misguided and that really does not seem to be the case here.

Hundreds of thousands of players get affected by all changes. Any change will upset folks. X gets buffed has players who hate that champ going WTF YOUR BUFFING X YOU GUYS ARE DUMB! Y gets nerfed, Y mains who are bad and struggle to win with them go OMG THEY NOT GOOD WTF IS THIS YOUR NERFING THIS JUST CUZ PROPLAY WTF RITO. Outliers in any MMR are issues that need to be addressed because its impacting the game state for everbody in that mmr, if you (not you op just a hypothetical person) don't get why that's something riot cares about your being silly.

End of the day its built to be a shifting meta. If you chase it and are slow your never going to have fun your always a step or two behind. If you chase it and your doing stuff you never played your going to have a bad time and your gonna be subpar and likely not able to thrive mechanically for a while and that's also a bad time. You can otp and just do your best to adapt your main, you can build a pool of mains with various playstyles and do well at nearly all times as you can shift your picks to match what's healthy in a meta, you can play what you find fun and have fun.
