Don't buff Lee Sin and nerf him instead

He has the perfect kit for chasing people down and being high risk and reward, but his cooldowns and damage is so overturned that he doesnt need to do anything other than hit 1 q thats on a 5? second cooldown and 1 shot you. The champ is extreamly low skill, extreamly low risk AND high reward.

Also, very unpopular opinion but ward jumping should not be in the game, for any champ. If Kat cant do it no one else can, its a unfair mechanic.
