Oh gawd... I do NOT want to see a ton more Ziggs. It is a nightmare to deal with. 10 second aoe slow, long range stun, long range poke, half the map away farming with ult... I managed to hold base against two lanes of super minions and a few enemy shoving hard just with the spam I could do and zoning. I hate Zed with a passion but I'd be happy if every game was Zed instead of Ziggs.

The last time and only time I played Ziggs was when I randomly first timed him in ranked back when I was like low plat and won the game.
Can't remember if it was post or pre-nerf, but it's still an incredibly spammable skillshot.

RazorTS1 votesconsidering works on missing mana that means you have to get one item that gives mana to abuse your low cd's and never run oom to cast a spell, 
works best, you will still run oom still if you spam your spells without those items
