Quite frankly I've been playing enough online games to be able to ignore trolls, but this is a complete joke.
Riot is this intended? Why are they fucking rampant like roaches? Is absolutely ANYTHING being done to handle the trolls in this game?

Setting up for brawlers, Our team is totally organized, EXCEPT for one silent player named "TheTrollMachine1" ... :/
Only open position was JG, and with 1 second to go we assume he's just AFK, but then he picks 
with

I don't think I even need to elaborate on how bad this would screw a team in a normal game, much less brawlers where enemy's can now freely farm our jungle and out scale our minions!
So I bite the bullet and dodge, and now I'm the one suspended! :P
There needs to be some kind of boot option, even if it prolongs set ups a bit.
