His problem is QWE not having any damage. Not ult.. Yesterday in ARAM 3 full items Kassadin dealt me 600damage from QWE combo, on 11lvl~ ADC without mr items.

I would be fine with ult having 0 damage honestly, because honestly killing someone who ran into bush, then teleporting after them and wondering where they are and realizing you already murdered them is kinda...unsatisfying.

adding a bit of damage to a spell that's all about mobility does little to nothing. i suggested a few changes a while ago, i think any of these individual changes would be better for him
