It won't be solved until keystones are completely reworked or removed.

I honestly don’t think it is because of the keystones but rather certain items give too many stats (mostly ad items) and that turrets are far too weak. They should also bring back come back experience.

To all Riven main, do not buy "Pulsefire Riven skin" until Riven can carry as hard as ADCs.
