Skill Upgrade Improvement

In the heat of battle, seeing what skill can be upgraded could be made even more seamless. Right now, it displays an up arrow for everything but only ones that can be upgraded are green. It's visually much more distinct and faster to identify if the arrows shown are ONLY for skills that can be upgraded. There is no reason to see the grayed out arrows at all. It just distracts.
