Getting secondary in order to have another player on secondary on my primary is against logic

eg: I queue as Mid/Bot, someone on my team clearly plays top, but he got mid instead, now we have two people on secondary all just to give one guy his primary. This matchmaking logic is broken and not healthy, the goal of this system should not be focusing on JUST putting 10 players together and does not care about the game quality. Riot you better have a really good overhaul over this retarded system or it's really hurting the ladder.
