Veigar having the ability to insta-stun gives 0 counterplay.
So when are we gonna put Zed's ult on a delayed skill shot? Same concept of not being able to defend yourself or escape.

Or...you know...you could just react to the obvious ass delay on the Death Mark itself, or even the secondary delay to the explosion if you're (for example) a support with healing/shielding properties.
It's already got the delay built into it. Almost literally already meets the requirements.
You are comparing an ultimate to a basic E skill, really?
Can't understand how people believe that his stun has 0 counter play. Its not like you can build merctreads, Qss, or take cleanse. How many Veigar's actually get a 5 man stun with their e? thanks for further nerfing Veigar after the season 5 mana changes and the removal of DFG. Its not like Veigar was ever a top tier champ, but go ahead and cripple him while you slap champs like zed, yasuo, and kat on the wrist.
This must be a really bad joke... QSS or Zhonya Zed countered. The only assassin who has no counterplay (still ) is a fed Talon. You cant see him coming, coz he's invisible, and you dont have time to react to his 0.2 sec instaburst

a .75 second delay before she can flash back to her original position.
Ironically zed has a .75 delay before he is actually able to start damaging you. Then a 3 second delay before the damage from ult pops. It may not be smart to compare a .75 delay to the a skill with a 3 second delay.
