The Death-Timer Tradeoff.

I really don't know how I feel right now about the trade off of trying to team fight and knowing that the time you're gonna spend dead will in return cost you 3 turrets, 2 inhibs and half your nexus.

Like, I really don't even want to team fight anymore. Yes, it's awesome if you get a kill or two but good lord does it suck if you lose that bet. It's getting to be awful. So much can be done in the minute a team spends dead that it just makes me not want to team fight unless absolutely necessary. And lets not talk about getting caught out. That's a whole minute the enemy team gets to initiate a 4v5 team fight for a chance to have a 1v3 over a turret that will then lead to possibly another 4v5 team fight. It just seems like the new death timers set up for an awful cycle when your playing a very aggressive team.

You know what's hilarious? I've been playing Smite in place of League because Season 6 has just been pissing me off. I was playing 3v3 in Smite, and the death timers there were literally less than half. In a game that ends significantly earlier than 5v5s. The game drug out to 40 minutes, and the death timers reached a minute.

If the death timers were like League's, we would have lost the game instantly after my team gave first blood, and we would have been pushed to the Titan by 7 minutes. Even though it was tense, I had fun. I am not having fun in League at all.
