I was wrong about Twitch.
After scoring a 1v4 quadrakill late game against a fed 
, I am willing to admit that Twitch's late game is something fierce.
Was carrying my support runes and masteries.

Twitch is still strong late game, but you have to reach that late tho....He is an easy target for most common supports these days 
especially. He is so squishy, Immobile, has low damage early game comparing to most other adcs, low range for how unsafe he is and the nature of his core build prolongs his power spike so much. I mean, his core is similar if not the same as Vayne's but she has that Silver Bolts to compensate for the lack of brute force of

while Twitch doesn't.
But, As I have alredy mentioned, if you manage to get to the late game, 1 good Twitch's opening can easily win the teamfight.
Yeah, twitch's late game is great (still not as good as vayne's but debatable)
Twitch can kill an entire team that clusters in 4~5 auto's + E, or 2 seconds.
However, if he gets caught and engaged upon, he gets smashed under boot.

Twitch's late game is fantastic but so is Tristana's and Vayne's and they both have safer, more powerful laning phases. His weak period is far too long to justify using him and being behind in kills or CS makes it take even longer to reach his late game powerspike. Not saying you can't do great things with him, but he's seen as being in a very bad place right now.
