Her skill level should be -2, since she can just randomly throw 3 second stuns every couple seconds with an AOE health shred. And lets not talk about her aoe stun on top of her eternity stun. Yeah, so balance, much wow.
Build tenacity. Learn to dodge the skillshot. Keep Flash available.

Fixed that for ya.
Also, she's meh in Aram, doesn't have great initiation unless you find a way to get her into the middle of the enemy team.
Well it was an ARAM so.... you can't really expect balance...
I don't think her ult is OP.
But that E... I truly despise that cowardly mini Olaf ult for any champion to have! 
ROOT, NOT STUN.
Edit: still doesn't mean it's ok she can root for 3 seconds (at point blank range)
Also, her root is one of the slowest moving CC abilities in the game. It's one of the easiest to dodge.
