I feel really bad for new players trying to level up accounts

I'm leveling up a new account and it's a terrible system all around:

• You don't have Smite, Ignite, TP and Flash until whatever level.

• The bots are not that bad as they duo lane and when you get matches like Nasus and Jax or things like Zilean and Yasuo, it honestly is challenging

• You have no runes, so you are incredibly weak

• The first 20 minutes of each game is super frustrating. Everyone duo lanes, so you fight amongst yourselves for gold, xp and cs. Sometimes it's even 2v1 and that's no fun at all, especially in pvp.

• The camps do a number on you and you can only take selected ones until about level 6.

• Early game champs, ranged champs and champs without mana are the strongest.

• Any AFK is pretty much an immediate loss in pvp.

• The game honestly comes down to who has the better champs as I mentioned above or the better summoner spells. At level 5, exhaust and ghost are the best available to spells to take.

• And of course, you got a lot of smurfs. I'd say it's probably 3 smurfs to 2 newbies almost every time. This due to the harsher punishment system(and let's be honest - no one is going to quit this game when banned) and the abuses of the DQ system.
