@Community and @Riot - in the wake of "Int Sion" we need to have a serious talk

Seeing what this brand new strategy can do (and personally making sure it felt short of achieving victory) I want to ask both parties what the definitions of "viable, legit strategy" and "off-meta" are. Because I've seen lots of strategies (old and new) coming up and being discussed with no clear answer from either party, but lots of double standards, "Int Sion" being the newest example.

Should intentional feeding ever be permitted? The short answer to that question would be a sound "No". But then you have strategies like the aforementioned or proxy Singed (and Tryndamere years ago) which involve inting to a certain degree, but Sion just took "int to win" to a whole new level.

Because, yes, if anyone tried to hit turrets the same way in Season 5 (when I started playing) they'd be deemed either a noob or a feeder. However, the runes and masteries were totally different from what we have now - Demolish and Overgrowth didn't exist at all, damage was way lower. Inting Sion wouldn't have happened at all 'cause he wouldn't have the damage to do much to a turret without having at least one allied minion with him. Now, however, as long as you're winning you seem to be permitted to do anything, and that apparently includes obvious inting.

Another issue here is the fact that some trolls have already tried to take advantage of "Inting Sion" to deny any claims that they're feeding when they are and once they start crying out loud after being rightfully banned they get unbanned. Not only does that boost toxicity, it even makes me (and many others I suppose) doubt the rigidity of Riot Games' spine. It makes me doubt even the rules as why should any amount of crying out loud justify lifting any kind of punishment? How permanent is a permanent ban?

As much as people want to be doing their own thing we should draw the line somewhere. Because at this rate Riot might as well unban the countless Xeraths who exploited the global Q glitch - after all animation cancelling is also permitted and it is a glitch too, albeit with much minor consequences; exploiting the coding of the game to flash/dash over walls, effectively ignoring the max range limit, is also permitted. There are other examples too, I'm sure, but I can't think of any.

What I say is that the rules need to be revised by both Riot themselves internally and by the community in a very serious manner. We need to come up with an accurate definition of a valid strategy that is permitted in the game, one that cannot be exploited by players with bad intentions and such. One that does not involve inting or griefing under any circumstances. I'm mostly concerned that there are people out there who would do anything just to win:

That to me goes way too far and if we don't have well-written rules everyone agrees on, the situation is only gonna get worse when people find more and more loopholes in them. It will also prevent controversial situations like "Smite Support Singed" as the rules are clearly going to state if said strat, and the way it was communicated among the team members, is permitted or not. And since the community will have agreed on them, they won't be able to rally against Riot rightfully banning such a player - some could try of course, but then everyone else will just have to copy-paste the rules and close the discussion.

Not a new stategy; this is something that has been done with Trynd and Sion off and on for a long time.

The people going 0-20-0 are doing it wrong and losing more than winning.

The people who are doing it right and winning a lot are dying like 12 times. They are just playing normal laning phases and participating in early team fights then only attack the objectives while they are split pushing once they have their zzrot and health gear to boost demolish damage.

So basically you win with your top laner going like 1-12-4 it is the same as having a Yasuo on your team.
