jg has too much agency over midlane

and the thing is that junglers arent even sacrificing or losing anything by incessantly ganking midlane. there is never a situation (unless they're straight up inting) where a jungler loses anything by showing mid. it used to be where junglers would get their camps stolen by trying to get their lanes ahead but with everyone clearing efficiently w/o losing hp/mana/resource you cant counter jungle or punish. the only punish is by psuedo baiting them to stay in lane longer but even then i've seen positive results on their side
