Noct didn't need to be compensated for Duskblade nerfs. 5 Extra AD on his Q, is making his clear noticeably faster and healthier than it should be.
He was never dependent on Duskblade anyways. Only one variation of Nocturne even used Duskblade, and there are like 5 different variants of Nocturne.

In turn RIot will keep buffing unnoticed champions to make them playable, but make it so cancerous that everyone bans him, then in turn over gutting them and the whole process begins again because riot is a company of profit and not for their fans.

Idk a 51.17% winrate with only a 5% pick rate isnt too bad. It's not like Shaco with over a 54% winrate and 10% pickrate and people still saying ''buff shaco''

51.14 is still higher than most, but even if it's not bad, he is overtuned and will keep being so because no one ever address of meta champions. The problem isn't if he is overtuned or not though, it's that RIot will overtune him harder eventually leading to a massive nerf like they always do.
