Sion Jungle
I'm really itching to play some Sion Jungle, but I have no idea how to build his runes. Any suggestions? Also build order? I've seen people go Golem, boots, Sunfire Cape, etc.

From Nightblue3's PBE play of him, I would say going full tank is your best option. Sion has so much CC and zoning potential with his Q, great lockdown with his e and his ult, and a shield based on HP that deals AOE based on target's maximum health. The dude is meant to never die. (Also you can't rely on your Q for damage if you're dead after channeling for three seconds). He still deals solid damage as a full tank, too. Plus his late-game initiations with ult are NUTS if you have the HP to sprint through towers or similar damage.
Specific build order:
, whatever boots you need,
,
,
,
...
...basically, whatever you need to counter enemy damage. It'll all depend on who gets fed. I personally prefer stacking armor over MR on tanks because a. it gives you more resistance to towers, and b. mages are not going to be able to 1-shot a full tank after 30 minutes, meaning your greatest single threat is an ADC. You want as much health in your build as possible, since your shield takes into account 10% of your max health, so warmogs is definitely a good option, too. (Plus that SotAG passive late game!)
Get flat ad reds to make your Q hit harder. You probably wants scaling CDR blues + quints since hes' a bit of an AD caster.
I haven't tried it yet but you can't go wrong with ArmorPen+some attack speed .
Yes, you can. Actually, AS is one of the least needed stats on new Sion.
It's complete trash. His ultimate is so easy to dodge.. I laugh my fucking ass off every time someone dodges my ultimate.. Because then I look like a complete moron. It's so easy to dodge that even a slug on your keyboard can do it.
you do know you can reactivate it early to get the AOE stun even if you don't directly hit them? I haven't gotten a Chance to use him, maybe this weekend, but when I do, I was planning on building something along the lines of SotAG>boots>Sunfire>Warmog's>Randuin's/Spirit Visage (depending on more enemy AP or AD)> situational item. If I got really ahead early I would plan on getting a Trinity force, because from what Ive seen it is really good on him, with the bonus damage from sheen, and the fact that it helps him not be kited. The other items I would consider are Frozen Mallet and Furor enchantment, again for sticking power because he seems kind of kiteable. Atma's has a little potential, since his health isn't capped, but other items just seem like they would do the same job better. Ravenous Hydra is the other choice I would rush If I got ahead for the damage and sustain. I wouldn't get BotRK on him since the attack speed is almost useless on him (even in his passive, because that goes to a set attack speed of 1.75) the attack speed on trinity force is acceptable because its other stats all work so well on him. for runes and masteries, I would take whatever you usually take for a tanker junglier, though if you feel aggressive, maybe go 21-9-0 instead of 9-21-0.
I'm actually really liking him with
I haven't figured out the rest yet, but that ice slow really helps me out. and the cooldowns work great with it.
