Kled Might Need A Little Love

This is just a personal observation, but I think Kled could use a little love. I haven't seen a Kled player in my matches in months outside of ARAM or RGMs. He has been used in the LCS, but I haven't really seen any Kled players in quite some time otherwise, not even really in any of the youtuber vids I watch either.

I don't know his win rate, his play rate, or ban rate (not even sure where to find the most accurate information on that anyways) but I feel he might just need a little something to make people want to use him more often. Not enough to make him a must-have in every match, just a bit to make people consider playing him a little more often.
