Yasuo windwall and cool interactions.

I don't know if anyone has ever had their skillshot or projectile eaten by Yasuo's windwall and sat at the screen and thought. "wow I wish X would happen".

Well this is my list of wishes and thought provoking interactions.

Draven :His spinning axes bounced off the wall and didn't disappear. Graves :Would be cool if his ult exploded into the cone after contact with the wall. Lissandra :Q did it's secondary projectile on contact. Talon :Wish it didn't completely eat his ult. Yasuo :Find it funny if they could fire Tornados through each other's windwalls. Urgot :Could fire over the top of his windwall. Riven :Actually destroyed the windwall but doesn't pass through it. Galio :Gains 1 movement speed when passing through the windwall. Bard :could ult yasuo's wall and put it into stasis. Jinx :Explodes on the windwall. Nautilus :Could hook himself onto the wall. (I'd actually pay money to watch a Yasuo help an enemy Naut this way.) Zilean :When he throws his bombs they go up and over the windwall.

Half of these would not be fair. Like Lissandra's especially, Graves' ult, Urgot's..

I know, that's why I said it was basically just wishful thinking. And funny interactions.

It would cause a lot of confusion likely. Like why Urgot Q go over his W but Sorakas Q cant? Riot would have to implement so many exceptions that it would be really convoluted.

Some abilities i agree with though. Such as Talons ult and Jinx's ult. They wouldn't seem like exceptions, rather working as intended.

thought soraka's Q was an artillery just like so many others?

It can be blocked by Braums wall. I know that for sure. I just assumed it could be blocked by Yasuo's wall too because of that.

Draven :His spinning axes bounced off the wall and didn't disappear.

As Wind Wall is a literal wall of chaotic wind patterns meant to throw projectiles off their path (look up the d20 3.5 spell of the same name), the odds of the wind throwing his axe in his general direction instead of anywhere else are pretty slim.

Graves :Would be cool if his ult exploded into the cone after contact with the wall.

It explodes on impact, and a wall of wind, while a physical force, probably doesn't have the same stopping power as a physical body.

Lissandra :Q did it's secondary projectile on contact.

...So it basically ignores the fact that it blocks projectiles.

Talon :Wish it didn't completely eat his ult.

Eh, don't ult when Wind Wall is on CD and you won't throw knives to the wind.

Yasuo :Find it funny if they could fire Tornados through each other's windwalls.

Again, chaotic wind patterns, thus dissipating a micro-tornado by the dissonance in wind patterns.

Urgot :Could fire over the top of his windwall.

Not exactly how a homing missile works, it has a slight upward trajectory and then seeks the target. He'd have to fire it almost straight up and delay the seeking by approximately 1 second for it to gain enough altitude.

I've played enough Worms World Party.

Riven :Actually destroyed the windwall but doesn't pass through it.

Would be ironic if the master of the style were stopped by someone who learned one technique and used it to kill his former master.

Galio :Gains 1 movement speed when passing through the windwall.

If you're talking about his E, it's the same case as Yasuo's Q tornado. If you're talking about Galio himself, that'd be amusing.

Bard :could ult yasuo's wall and put it into stasis.

...Wind is a force, not a physical object, and Bard's ult is constantly passing through wind anyway. How would it be able to tell if the wind in its way was just turbulence from its own velocity or an errant breeze instead of Wind Wall?

Jinx :Explodes on the windwall.

See also, Graves.

Nautilus :Could hook himself onto the wall. (I'd actually pay money to watch a Yasuo help an enemy Naut this way.)

See first part of Bard's explanation

Zilean :When he throws his bombs they go up and over the windwall.

Bitch u ain't Ziggs
