Why the CD reset for Kat?

Seriously why does Kat just picking up a knife and getting kills/assists reset her cooldowns? it's op as fuck, and why do people say she takes skill? only the mentally challenged think that.

I tried her in a custom with a friend and I literally just kept doing Q-E-Q-E-Q-E-Q-E-R-Q-E-Q-E-Q-E-R that's all you do as her, I say at least remove the CD reset or make her run on mana, literally just adding mana to her would make her balanced COMPLETELY.

No, it wouldn't. It would make her useless fucking trash unless she got mana refund to the cost of the E every time she picked up a dagger and a mana refund equal to every single ability's mana costs combined every time she killed someone or got her passive assist off.

Then you just get synergy with mana items which makes her even more problematic.

Stop crying/shitposting and learn to play. She already IS balanced COMPLETELY.

Her picking up a knife only resets her e cd.

If she gets a kill then her cd's are reduced by 15 secs ( I think)

The way she is set up now requires a bit of pre planning so yes, she does take quite a bit more skill than before. Literally facerolling keyboard previously.

Making her have mana would gimp her so thoughly she would be having tea with azir tristana and ryze

if someone loses to kat just spaming QE they are straight up bad.

Q had low base damage and the dagger is so telegraphed you should be hit by the follow up unless you are litterally blind are you were coined into walking their via smart game play. literally walk forward and the shunpo will miss. QE is sush a small part of her kit.

The daggers themselves aren't hard to dodge if you know how they work and she requires high apm and positioning of her daggers. I would say everyone agrees that old katarina had a lower skill floor, but look how that turned out for you. https://imgur.com/W2BClkD

Win rate is 52% according to the search results I got, also the "Stun champ name to kill them" is a lame-ass argument, stunning to kill literally applies to every non-tank champ.

Yes and no. Some aren't stopped as hard by stuns; putting Kat's ult out of commission can turn a fight against her near instantly.

It's more that she has a lot of strength when her opportunities go unhindered.
