Who the hell builds 300 bonus attack damage on Lucian. 50 minute game? Please behave.

And besides,

NOW at level 18: 60 damage per hit + (.25 x bonus AD [300]) = 135 30 shots fired from ult x 135 = 4,050dmg

PBE at level 18: 50 damage per hit + (.2 x total AD [400]) = 130 30 shots fired from ult x 130 = 3,900dmg

That would be a reduction of 4%. Who cares?

mm same tell me more about how his ult damage going from 1800 (+750% bonus AD) to 1500 (+600% total AD) makes lucian completely unplayable. tell me more about how reliant lucian is on his ulti---ooh tell me especially about how his kit isn't based around weaving basic abilities and attacks together.
