low base damages but if they were any higher they willl be a problem no range but if he did it will be a problem he cannot be balanced due to any slight buff may make him overwhelming when you can just rework his kit and keep his identity.

like I wanna agree, but 60% and 60% arent bad really at all. I think with the mediocre bases he could have 70% on his q and not be anymore oppressive early, but he could shine a little brighter late.

Beoridas1 votesim not sure whats your problem or history with him. i have around 1k games as kass. Frankly, what you propose is a new champ, pretty much. Also, the designer who made him would never agree to that.
Its not a rework you are asking--its a relaunch.
CJ Entus CoCoa1 votesyeah, he's fine, only gripe is that he needs 2 items at minimum to be a threat in teamfights (while other mids have zoning tools and huge cc with moderate damage). also, if you're team goes behind at all early game you have little hope of coming back.
