for now, out range him or burst him pretty much. he needs time to unload damage unlike most mages that can 100-0 you instantly

You can't really outrange him because he will just run at you with 80 bonus for no fucking reason whatsoever movement speed and you cant burst him because of his 400 health for some fucking reason shield. I'd also like to mention he outranges the 550 adc ranges and if you aren't twitch he isint .3 seconds away from running at you and blowing you up. About the time it takes to 100-0 is under 2 seconds and his snare lasts 1.4 so you are fucked if he can press w and then click on you. The burst mages that can 100-0 you instantly have counterplay though because you can dodge their spells.
