A better ranked experience.

What if instead of only needing to reach a certain level (that is really to low anyway) and having a minimum number of Champions to play ranked. you also had to complete a number of objectives related to having Knowledge and experience. Like, Maybe instead of just owning the champs you must be at least mastery 2 with them or you must have completed at least 5 games playing Normal Draft in each of the assigned roles. When auto fill is active it is absolutely miserable in low elo bc there are so many player that only play one champ and one role and don't care enough about not ruining your experience to just come back and play later, and i think these kind of requirements would help combat that problem. Also, having extra time to put in just to play may discourage some new smurf accounts from being created.
