Petition for Akali Passive Changes

So, I just saw Akali's new passive and was confused about its usefulness, specifically the heal. Basically, the passive heals you for the first auto, but aren't you at your healthiest with your 1st auto? This would mean that there would be a lot of times where your passive would not heal you at all because you engaged at mostly full health. So, why not switch when each passive procs. You deal the damage 1st and then heal later. This makes more sense since you would have taken some damage by then and you get more value out of the heal if you manage to get an ambush on the enemy. The one downside to this would be her burst goes slightly faster, but is counteracted by the fact that in long fights, clutch heals would be more unlikely which is a lot less frustrating to play against. So, what do you guys think?
