[QoL] Show champion names in chat announcements
If you miss out on the initial announcement when someone is on a killing spree, has a multi kill or first blood or a shut down, you can still read this in the chat. However, you don't see which champion is on a killing spree, you only see which player. This means that you have to search for the champion in the scoreboard.
e.g. You see "Dr Poro is on a killing spree." instead of _"Dr Poro (Ashe) is on a killing spree." _(<-- this is how it should be)
We don't look at eachothers names at the start and memorize them. We recognize eachother by champion names because there's only one of each champ per team (except for All Same funmode, but the player name would still be shown so this is no problem). We say "focus Ashe", not "focus Dr Poro".
**Champion name should always be shown **in the chat behind the player name.
