Variks the Loyal2 votesNah, I think Lucidity boots are fine where they are. 10% CDR plus Summoner CDR is really good by itself.
If you opt for them over Tabi or Mercs, you should do it with that trade off in mind. You're sacrificing survivability for more abilities, or more abilities for survivability.
