It deals no damage unless he somehow manages to get the full duration.

And you were low enough to get dove by an immobile, tanky champion that has an untargetability spell.

you can do your self a favor and just play vlad and or look it up about vlad. He was the only champion riot released and openly admits his release was a huge mistake.

Why do they think he's a mistake? I don't get it. I see that they said he's hard to balance for, but why? Sorry for being a noob. I'm just not understanding why.

Ok heres a few reasons to explain why hes a mistake.

He builds hp and gets ap from it and he gets hp from stacking ap. What this does is make him incredibility tanky and able to put out the type of damage a carry can. 2 He's resourceless. Yes i know he has some cost in hp but you build revolver or spirit visage its null and void. 3 He gets sustain threw his Q to keep him in lane to make up for the cost of his abilitys. 4 He has a invulnerability frame which makes him extremely hard to gank and it puts out dmg. 5 His base damage on his ulti is extremely high on top of being amp up by his other abilitys. 6 His Tides of blood gives him a really nice steroid in healing and damage. 7 He has poke with his q for harass and sustain so he will win every trade. 8 He has got aoe wave clear with his e on top of the amp up sustain and damage from it as well.

So with this in his kit he becomes impossible to kill during laning phase and during team phase hes so tanky at this point due to his passive rather he builds ap or tank he becomes really tanky and has insane out pouts of damage. Even some of the most fed carrys can't kill him. This is why riot deems his kit toxic and he was a mistake on release. Riot hasn't done much to fix him because his kit is so iconic now in league if it were to change vlads identity would change.

Ah, like, I knew what his passive did and stuff, but you explained it perfectly. However, the iconic kit thing doesn't make sense. I mean, Poppy 's rework coming up they say that her ult and passive are going and that her headbutt is the iconic part of her kit. Which doesn't make sense as we all know both ult and passive are the icons. I mean, hell, her headbutt is even shared with Alistar .

So if that's iconic to poppy, but people complain that her ult and passive are toxic, (but being the iconic parts of her kit ((the headbutt being iconic is bs)), and those are getting removed, why not change Vladimir ?
