is twitch runnan's ult interaction too strong?

hear me out for a second. runnans. is meant for waveclear. sure seconday target damage as well. but I mean. when twitch ults and kills your team with little window to cc him is just ridiculous. I mean an assassin is meant to how single target damage right. but when twitch is focusing the tank. and ends up killing the entire other team because of his runnans procs all at the same time. its just nasty. I literally just had an enemy twitch. that got a quadra kill. before you even hear double kill. it was an instantly quadra. a second later penta. the twitch was behind the whole game and he was lets say. not great. but ulting in and autoing for a second or two to get a penta kill on any target is too much to deal with. remove twitch ult and its runnans interaction.

the closest thing to twitch is kog maw but he doesn't get free initiation with stealth and its really strong.

Runaan is NOT meant for waveclear. Where the hell did you get that?

The Zeal upgrade for waveclear is Statik. Runaan is meant for synergy with on-hit effects.

his ult isn't an on hit effect but the system is borken so that it applies it. just like kalista's rend. it isn't on hit.

I may agree that Twitch ult isn't an on-hit, but you can note that I didn't comment on whether Runaan should work for Twitch or not in my first post. And sorry, but yes, Kalista rend is an on-hit. When she hits you, you get one stack of rend. That's totally, completely an on-hit.

But that's beside my point. Runaan is not for waveclear, Runaan is for on-hit. That's all I'm sayin'.

He would be the shittiest ADC by far if you REMOVED the interaction. If you removed twitch's interaction, I would want them to remove the interaction with hurricane for any adc that has a range steroid. They would have to take away Kogs, Tristanas, and Jinxs. ALL of Twitch's power is in his ult, if they touched any of the power on his ult they would need to put massive power somewhere else in his kit to compensate.

Every adc has a really strong point, this is twitch's.

If you kinda fake a teamfight and force him to waste his ult you are good to go, unless the twitch player is crazy good that is.

fake a teamfight like lets say you run at them until twitch uses ult and then you just disengage and wiat till the duration is up and then reengage
