Last I checked the PBE people were complaining about both in the forums being under powered... interesting that you say they are over powered.

Quinn seems like she will be a weaker duelist a weak teamfighter (as always) and I don't think she will be that strong. Miss fortune has to stand still for 11 years to do that damage and you also have to stand in it for those same 11 years. I'm sure she will be strong with teamfight comps like Amumu and Malphite but without champs like that her ult is pretty inconsistent.

everoyne whos not trash says miss fortune is broken

infinity edge infinity edge essence reaver rapid fire cannon deaths dance or hextech gunblade 5x crit marks and boots will give you 300 ad and 100% crit chance giving her ult 360 damage per wave with 16 waves at max rank ult.

also her new passive that gives her a draven axe worth of bonus damage when switching targets.

Quinn is pretty useless with these changes unless she gets fed to hell, and even then it can get borderline. I don't know where you got the idea she's going to be strong from, no one on the 850+ PBE thread likes her

you realize that 90% of pbe players are bronze trash right?

she resets her passive 4 times total now is the single best roamer in the game

everyone still said that darius garen morde veigar skarner were trash on pbe after the buffs they got

It doesn't matter how fast you get somewhere, IF YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING WHEN YOU GET THERE!

Everything about her thematic and playstyle has been either nerfed or changed for the worse. Her dueling, gone. Her burst, gone. For what? More MS on an ult that was already one of the fastest in the game?

And wouldn't people being bad on the PBE (which is not just bad players btw, and most of the people on that thread are Quinn mains, so we know our champion) make Quinn stronger, as her entire thing now is to get to someone without them knowing?

Also, it's only 3 passive procs, and they are weaker then what's on live right now

And it's the only thing she has now, making her a ball of stats champ that will be impossible to balance. She will either have the power she needs to work with the changes, in which case she will be incredibly OP, or she won't, in which case she will be useless

how would that make her a ball of stats

new quinn won't defeat enemies by out-statting them

she'll be chaining vulnerable mark procs on them to maximize her damage output

No, the only thing she has is out stating them, as she has no dueling tools (short of raw damage) since they removed the blind. This means that the only way you can fight an enemy is when you just simply have more damage then they do (Harrier marks also got nerfed). Old Quinn still used Harrier marks to deal more damage, but because she had a blind, you had a fallback that could counterplay a lot of champions that were just straight damage, like Draven, Yi, and Tryndamere

They are forcing her mid lane, where nearly every champion has a massive level 6 power spike, yet she has nothing. She has two combat abilities, in a lane with some of the highest damage dealers
