Advice on what to use IP for?

I have 4996 IP.

I have 9 rune pages because of buying a 7 Rune Page bundle a while back. I generally have the rune sheets I want/use commonly, and I can shove together something generic when trying out new things or new champions. I have all of the champions I want (more or less). I don't need shards for skins or masteries or such at the moment. Any suggestions?

I still love to play new champions a lot though, and some of the ones I have been looking towards are: Anivia Karma Miss Fortune Draven (I want to try learning someone difficult, played him a bit when he was on free, he was relatively fun to play) Sejuani Skarner

I would work on runes if you don't have all of the scaling Armor,HP,MR Flat Armor,HP,MR Flat CD CDR per level etc. Runes make the champion and they can also break the player you need the right runes or you wont have a good time.
You will have plenty of time getting champions in the future but I would work on the runes at the moment.

I would just buy 9x of every rune available so you have them at hand for whenever
