Are the points for lost ranked game will be restored if player were disconnected because system bug?

Yesterday many players were disconnected from game becouse system error. Are points for lost game will be restored on their account?

How can we know if it was a server problem (server issue it does not mean always that it was some hardware problem but also mean that it could be some database issue or other internal software... which could lead to dc just only few players) or client? RIOT as a creator and supervisor of both should take responsibility for any problem in other way sens playing in LOL loses any meaning.

If it's a server-end issue that affects most people (At least 90% of all people in that region or on that server), it will be refunded (usually all games during the outage are "undone" and never counted).

If it's not affecting a significant number of people, however, even if it's ultimately a server-side issue they usually won't refund the LP.

Also, they don't always refund LP when there's a warning about it (Such as the big red exclamation mark being there and telling you "LEAGUE MACHINE BROKE, PLEASE FEED ON YASUO AT A LATER TIME").

personally i think they should refund lp if it was a client issue since the client has issues a lot, but sadly no
