Who can Ashe actually kite now?
Isn't that supposed to be her niche? A high utility ADC? When I'm playing Singed I can almost always catch an Ashe that's ATTEMPTING to kite me with the small 25% slow on her worthless Q. Poor Ashe.

Well on Singed that isn't exactly fair. Chasing (both to and from) is what Singed does.
Rule #1: Don't Chase Singed
Rule #2: Don't Let Nasus Farm
With everyone having dashes? only older champs who don't have dashes.
You're Singed. She is Ashe. Do the math.

She's Ashe, a champion with a perma slow and a stun vs a champion without a gap closer.
I'm having a hard time understanding if you're fighting for Ashe or against Ashe. Not making a good case here.

I'm fighting FOR Ashe. It's really sad she cannot effectively kite most champions in the game now.
Okay, so since it's Singed's job to tank-up, chase down, super slow/root and reposition champions, doesn't that make him the perfet counter to Ashe? In fact, aren't most tank's jobs to eat damage and distribute CC?

No. Singed should not be able to even touch an Ashe. I'm sorry, but as a Singed main me being able to catch up to an Ashe main is pretty depressing in my book. It's like when someone buys a Frozen Mallet; I pretty much can't touch them, but Ashe has a mini one build into her kite on top of an AoE stun and an AoE slow. Ashe definitely needs some love.
I'm a little confused as to what god-like entity you think Ashe should be if Ashe shouldn't be able to even touch Singed. Also, Ashe does not have an AoE stun.
A good Singed will run defensive masteries (tenacity, resistance to slows, among other things) and likely running MS quints. His ult gives him more movespeed and his W is a very strong slow. Its also not uncommon to run Swiftness boots on him. With Alacrity. Because chasing people down is exactly what Singed does.
There really is no reason for a Singed not to catch Ashe without her blowing her ult and summoners. And if Singed has both his Ult and Ghost up, there is nothing she can do about getting away.
And that is what I mean.
Alot of champions actually succumb to Ashe's kite. It's really only hyper mobile champions that can keep up with her. her range is also higher than most ranged characters.

Have you noticed almost every new champion being mobility focused? On top of new avenues to counter her kiting attempts even for gapcloserless melee champions?
Actually most of the champions released with the exception of reksai/kalista were not mobility focused. Focused meaning their kit had mobility in mind while in the primal design stages. Gnar has some small mobility. Azir has a rather clunky and slow dash. Braum having a low range conditional dash. Velkoz no mobility at all.
I was brainstorming for an Ashe buff.
I thought hmm, to be honest if we give her kit more damage it would not break her considering Kalista exists and is more reliable as an initiator (cannot crucible knockups)... Ever since Crucible was added (or buffed I forget) Ashe disappeared in competitive play... Besides Ashe is an immobile ADC...
Although I take a look and Ashe has a 51% winrate, even in diamond solo queue... Real buffs would make her very strong in regular play potentially. Honestly if we're gonna buff Ashe's damage Riot will probably be tempted to nerf her 600 range... If we're keeping 600 range Ashe we're probably looking to buff her utility...
Anyways I think Ashe could maybe use a buff in the damage department so I might try something like this.
• Damaging an enemy with Volley applies a stacking debuff, Ashe does 8% more physical damage to this target, stacking up to 5 times.
She'd destroy tanks with this in extended fights... Probably real OP on a snowballing mid game Ashe though. And there's the issue where volley has a huge cooldown early game, so either the debuff lasts way too long compared to the volley cooldown late game or never gets more than 1 stack early game.
are the only ones that come to mind.
Since the only ways of catching up to her on those champions is moving fast. A well played Ashe heavily punishes gap closer-less melees.
Tbh its Singed job to chase someone down and fling them, if he cannot even do that than he becomes useless. But on the other hand, I agree Ashe is completely sad right now. Look at Kalista and look at Ashe. Or even look at Varus and look at ashe again. No matter what ashe is sad. (Her R is still the greatest, but everything else is just a pile of sadness.)
