So if you have all 5 Challenger player, and even if you go 3-2, 1-4, or 0-5, you still get place like Gold or even Silver at the least
So I thought Team Ranked was another Ranked of it own? Why does Solo Que Ranked define your Team ranked?

LostFr0st1 votesIt doesn't affect your team ranked. It's just that the Diamond+ have likely played more years of ranked teams, so they place higher due to their last year's team ranked mmr.

Even if you start a fresh new Team, with 5 full Challenger you get place Gold+ and above, it doesn't have to be cus you have a Team Ranked MMR carry over like Solo Q
LostFr0st1 votesIt's my experience with it and my buddies' experience with it. It'll give you harder opponents to beat earlier in placements if you've teamranked before (so more mmr; higher starting rank).
